Alex Von Furstenberg Company Affiliations
Alex von Furstenberg, a 39-year old businessman and philanthropist, is the establisher, co-manager as well as the chief investment officer of private investment business called Arrow Capital Management LLC. He formed the global public equity-centered company in 2003.
Von Furstenberg is at present one of the Board of directors of W.P. Stewart and Company Ltd. The company is an asset management business based in Bermuda. From 2001 up to the present, the Brown University graduate has been working for Arrow Investments Inc as its chief investment officer. This private investment business functions as a supporter of his family – the Dillers and von Furstenbergs. In addition, Alex von Furstenberg is a director and partner of Diane von Furstenberg Studio LP, a company named after his mother.
Alex von Furstenberg has also involved himself in philanthropic endeavors through his work at The Diller – von Furstenberg Family Foundation as its director. Moreover, he serves as among the Board of directors of High Line’s Friends of the High Line, a group that continually supports the maintenance of the High Line park in New York.
Before he was affiliated with these companies and organizations, he first started as a trader at Allen and Company’s Risk Arbitrage Desk in 1993.
