Advice – Sleeping Is Easy

This is advice on how to sleep in a position that is best for your body and mind. You want to be in room that is separate from all other areas in your house. This way you can separate all of your life from your sleeping. You defiantly do not want a TV or radio in your room because this can take away energy from your sleep. Your sleeping room should be quiet and relaxing and not contain any distractions. You only go there to sleep each night.

A firm mattress and a soft comforter is the best setup for your body. A pillow that isn’t that big is great, one with a curve built into it would be great for your neck and not put too much stress on it. If you are a side sleeper then put pillows between your arms and your legs to keep your back straight.

Exercise everyday, eat healthy foods, and keep a low stress level in your life. This way when you go into your bed you will be able to fall asleep easier. If times get hard listen to some hypnosis tapes or go to a self-help class in order to lessen the stress. If you find it difficult to exercise find another person who is into exercising and become their friend and start working out with them. Learn from them. Do friendly things for others because when you give, you feel better and this can help you sleep better at night. Be ethical in your ways and don’t have regrets. Eat brain foods and healthy foods that keep your energy level high and can keep you in a good mood. With both the advice for your physical set up and the mental aspect of sleep you can sleep easy every night without any problems.
